Individual Coaching

Getting started:

We begin with a complimentary 45 minute telephone or Internet consultation to determine if we are the correct fit to fulfill your unique needs and if so, what they are and how to proceed.

All individual coaching includes a 60 to 75 minute, one-on-one, confidential telephone or Skype session. Each session is accompanied by unlimited email follow up, selected articles and other useful tools to foster one’s transformation.

Current Programs:

  • Basic

12 sessions facilitated weekly at first and then bi-monthly for 3 to 4 months. This is perfect for gradual, steady change and to tackle a complex concern.  Whatever your intension is, you will be well on your way to establishing what truly serves you with a basic program.

  • Intensive:

20 sessions facilitated twice weekly at first, then weekly for 4 to 6 weeks, then bi-monthly. This program is best for accelerating complete and lasting change or to tackle any concern that is layered, complex and/or extremely deep.

  • Single Breakthrough:

This is best for when a person feels blocked, confused or afraid. Understand the cause of the concern and how to correct it in just one session!  Available only for clients who have received at least three coaching sessions from me in the past 12 months.

  • Tune-Up:

6 sessions facilitated once per week for 6 weeks or bi-monthly for 3 months. This is best for people who have already completed a basic or Intensive program, took time off who now wish to jump back in!
